I had the most wonderful stay at La Petite Chouette - a rustique cottage lovingly restored by its delightful owners Marie-France and Bill. It is just like you see it in the photos: cozy, clean and fully equipped with all the comforts of home.

Waking up to the sound of birdsong, enjoying coffee on the porch, dinner by the wood-burning fireplace after a long walk in the surrounding nature - all was a pure bliss.

You are away from the city hassle, yet so close to Neuchatel, the lake and 10min drive to the grocery store.

The hosts went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant and offered useful recommendations for walking trails and places to visit.

If you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful spot to unwind and disconnect, this is your place: pack your car with groceries and wine and escape to the ‘Little Owl’.

As for me, I will definitely return very soon.
